Migration Installation Failing at Bootstrap

Hi,

We are upgrading our siebel application from IP13 to IP25.1 by doing a migration installation of Gateway & Siebel Servers. For AI server we are doing a new installation since we want to install AI server on our existing Siebel Servers instead of a separate web servers.

We did a new install of AI Server and then a migration installation of Gateway Server. But Bootstrap failed initially due to port not opened between AI & Gateway.

After opening the port, we ran the bootstrap utility manually after which Security profile got created, but the Enterprise and Siebel Profiles are not migrated. Siebel Registry Service is created on Gateway Server on port 2330 and running. Tomcat_Internal also created and running
