Dear helpers,

i have to monitor the following task:

TDE in PDB is used in a local keystore.
My assumption is that an attacker gains access to the currently open key and changes it.
When the PDB is restarted, the “new” key is loaded and I as the DBA no longer have access to the DBA (as the TDE has changed).

Question:
How can i monitor in enterprise manager that the key was/wasn't changed?
