Oracle 19c Standard Edition on Windows - changing drives

After years on c: drive management decided to move data storage to a different drive on the same server. What steps to follow to change? What's involved? Obviously, all env. variables to change…

My concern is patching now..

Reason was : better practice do not store data on C drive…
