Update Price List Items With Inventory Item Cost

Hi Experts,

Is it available to update the items price in a price list to be updated with discrete organization item cost ? this is because i need to make direct interorg transfer from Discrete and OPM Organizations - and it requires price list for each item - so i had created a price list that contains all my OPM Items - then update these items on regular basis with the source discrete organization value.
