KFF Segment Value disabled, JE's are still being imported

Fyip, we are on R12.1.3
- One of the KFF Segment Value was disabled few months back (Jan-25). The Value belonged to a Legal Entity which was disabled on the Value Set
With this, whenever we try to create a manual JE's, we get the error message (as intended) - Value 12477 has been disabled
2. The issue now is, there are around 15 code-combinations defined in the application with this LE Value, and are still active. The JE;s being imported from external applications contains these code-combination. These JE's are imported seamlessly(!) till date, even though the LE Value was disabled in Jan-2025.
