Disable Sold To field of P4210 Sales Order Entry

Is there any way to disable the "Sold To" field of P4210.
As we have strong parent-child relationship in Address Book, the user should not sell items to child but only to parent AN8.
I thought to use Column Security but both fields are ALKY.
I hope I can use Form Extension to hide the Sold To and allow to see the name only. But the users can change the default Form Extension layout and enter in the field.
Any other alternative way ?
