Interface Trip Stop - SRS complete with warning

Good day

The Interface Trip Stop - SRS complete with warning because of negative stock (Negative Balance not allowed), the delivery status is 'Closed', the line status is 'Shipped' we cannot backorder or cancel the lines, this prevent period close, what can be our best solution ?
