Should gpu utility be run on all siebel servers in a migration installation

Hi,

As per the bookshelf in a migration installation, we need to re-encrypt the enterprise password using spu utility and use this password in bringing up new siebel service. Also it mentions of running the gpu utility with a old password.

If we have 4 siebel servers, should we run the spu utility & gpu utility once on each of the siebel server. I see that everytime the spu utility is run, the output string changes. So should spu utility be run once on first server and use the same output string in creating the new siebel service on all the siebel servers?
