Oracle 19.27 and Veeam rman plugin 12.3.1.1139-1

Hi,

I've a Oracle Linux 9.5 server with an Oracle 19.27 database and /var is mounted as noexec. If I try to make a rman backup to Veeam it failes. If I remount /var as exec then the backups do succeeds. Is it possible to specify a different temp folder in the rman script? I've tried redefining TMPDIR, TMP and TEMP but that doesn't help.
