P4312 and Weighbridge integration

In one of the instance, we use weighbridge to receive the material in MT. The system will record wight in, weight out and weight in - weight out will be the received qty. We need to integrate this to the P4312 with receipt routing. The functionality will be like, after weigh bridge, the JDE receipt user will see list of weighbridge records and she will assign the record to open purchase order.

Now, which functionality suits this requirement? Is there any interoperability procedure function available ?
