How to build a hyperlink to display the contract terms page of a Purchase Order in Oracle R12?

We need to build a hyperlink such that when an approver clicks on that hyperlink, it will open the Contract Terms page of the Standard Purchase Order. We are on Oracle Apps R12.2.6. We want to send this hyperlink in PO Approval Notification
