How to find Table Name within Oracle Applications when Record History is unavailable

I am looking to find the Table Name of a specific field within Oracle Applications.

First screenshot shows the known method for locating a Table Name within Oracle Applications, using Oracle eBS 12.2.13.

Steps for this - select required field within Oracle Applications > from the menu bar click 'Help' > click 'Record History'.

Second screenshot shows the field I am trying to locate the Table Name for (E-Mail Address), but I am unable to select the data within this field and the Record History is unavailable within the Help menu for this screen.
