Interface between PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fuion Financials GL/Accounting HUB

Greetings my friends - I have a question that hopefully my colleagues can provide some additional information as I am not a Oracle Fusion person.

Does Oracle Fusion Financials have an interface to Oracle Fusion Accounting/General Ledger? I know in PS GL, the Combo Code for example is generated and controlled by PS FSCM, and fed to PS HCM as a read only value to use in HCM. If a change occurred or status changes, it as done in PS FSCM and then sent to PS HCM.

Does the Accounting HUB have something to do with this? Sorry my fiends, but this is an area I am not trained for, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
