What is the SQL used to calculate REG_EARN_HRS?

Hi

We are on 9.2 and Tax Update 25-B and tools 8.59. Does anyone know which stored SQLs are used to calculate REG_EARN_HRS? I tried creating a trace or two but honestly this is not coming up.
