I was sent an invitation for How-To on Oracle Support. Considering how much information is left out of any video or instructor lead classes… is this the best place to ask general questions? If so, Why doesn't Oracle put more effort into actual support instead of creating some How-To with support. There is no AI driven way to get information on problems, the search for Documents is TERRIBLE at best. {removed by admin} Oracle DB 19.27 / WLS 12.2.1.4.0 / Forms&Reports 12.2.1.19.0

I guess my question is when is support documents and information going to have AI searching in it?
