Unable to Access New Oracle Support Portal – Request for Login Assistance
I am currently unable to access the new Oracle Support Portal that was introduced after the migration in November 2024. I have tried logging in using the provided instructions, including selecting the "Cloud" option, but I continue to encounter issues.
I have verified my credentials and attempted to use my Support Identifier and Organization Name, but I may be entering incorrect information.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or guiding me through the correct steps to access the portal and raise a Service Request.
