PATCH 36047272 failing with ARXTWMAI.pll compilation error

Compilation errors on ARXTWMAI_FOLDER7:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 93, column 35
component 'RETURN_ERR_MSG' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 93, column 18
Statement ignored

Failed to generate library.

FRM-30312: Failed to compile the library.
