Patch Planning for OEM Database (19.15) and OMS

Hi Team,

We are currently planning to apply patches to our Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) repository database (version 19.15) as well as the OMS component. At present, the OMS has not been patched.

Could you please confirm whether it's mandatory to patch the OMS, or if patching the OEM database alone would be sufficient?

Additionally, I’d appreciate guidance on how to determine whether patching the OEM database is necessary at this stage.
