Issue Details:

We have an existing record in F4072 for:

Adjustment Name: ACNP001

Item Group Key ID: 167

Customer Group Key ID: 27

Effective Date: 10/01/2025

Expiration Date: 10/31/2025

Adjustment Key ID: 4000001

When attempting to insert a new record with the following details:

Adjustment Name: ACNP001

Item Group Key ID: 167

Customer Group Key ID: 27
