How to Trace OV Transactions to General Ledger Entries?

I have found OV transactions in the F43121 table. However, this does not represent the actual journal entry for the OV, so it’s not helpful in determining what was posted to the General Ledger. Could you please advise where I can find the specific journal entries and what the link is between the relevant tables?
