JDE 9.2 - License Renewals, how to determine what's in use?

Hi

We're looking at our renewal in the near future, and no one around can remember why we have a certain module licensed. So the obvious question comes up: Can we drop the license renewal for that module?

The module in question is "Project Costing". Some preliminary searches on the web suggest that I can look at what roles are assigned to specific objects: P51006, P512000, P5121, P51091 and P51800 are some suggestions - then figure out how many users are assigned to those roles, if any.

A posted KB solution, basically tells me "contact LMS".. which is fine, but I'd like to know what tools are available to me to audit license assignment and usage myself.
