Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to default check Global flag when create a Blanket Purchase Agreement?

I want to default check Global flag when create a Blanket Purchase Agreement in order to user All orgnization.

If I do not select that check box for Global, BPA document gets valid for only for single Operating unit.

I can not make any changes to that Global check box.
