What is the correct way to shutdown a OLVM datacenter gracefully?

In process of deploying a fresh olvm cluster with 2 or 3 nodes, when looking into the self hosted engine vm, there is a bit of confusion on how to bring back the engine after a graceful shutdown. Please enlighten me.
