Oda x7-ha show a disk in UNKNOWN state

I have an ODA X7-HA on version 19.8. I powered it off to replace the damaged disk (P13). When I turned it back on, the command odaadmcli show disk shows the replaced disk in a UNKNOWN and NewDiskInserted state, as seen in the screenshots I’ve attached.

I’m running Oracle Database 11.2.0.4.200714. The system recognizes the new disk in the slot—its size, firmware version, etc., all appear correct—but I can’t use the disk.
