In EBS 12.2.10 is there a way to do recurring ship-only orders on set frequency?

We have a requirement to setup recurring orders for set frequency - monthly, quarterly, etc. Ship-only orders, no billing. Need the ability to schedule the product to ship on specific day of the week. Need the ability to schedule to ship that same product on the same date and frequency to multiple customers. How can this be done in EBS 12.2.10? Is there a bolt-on product available that integrates well with Oracle EBS? Thanks!
