Hi Oracle Support,

We would like to confirm the scope of the Document IO-based receipt matching feature in Oracle Expenses.

Can you please clarify:

Is this functionality limited only to JPM, or is it also supported for other corporate card issuers such as Brex corporate cards, American Express, Citi, Bank of America, etc., assuming they provide feeds in the supported format (e.g., CDF3)?

We are evaluating the feasibility of enabling receipt auto-matching for other issuers and would appreciate Oracle’s guidance on currently supported vendors and file formats.
