Siebel 25.6 and 25.7 SMC Enterprise deployment is failed on Windows

Dear Experts,

I installed a new Siebel 25.6 and 25.7 server on Windows and configured the Siebel gateway and security profiles from SMC and the gateway server is up and running. I created a new enterprise under this new security profile and when trying to deploy this Enterprise via Siebel SMC, it is failing with below errors:

[ERROR] 2025-07-14 11:48:37.710 [https-openssl-nio-9011-exec-10] CAG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.configagent.Enterprise.EnterpriseConfigAgent: Error in creating enterprise configuration fileC:\Siebel25\enterpriseserver.resp (The system cannot find the file specified)
