Can we remove ex-employee from showing up for assigning WMS control board tasks

Hi team ,

Can we some how remove ex-employee from showing up for assigning WMS control board tasks

When we go to WCB —> Manage task —> and try assign employee to queued task , in the find employee list we can the ex-employees names who are assigned to the Task Resource group list of employee.

Even after making user inactive through sysadmin , still we see the user name in find employee list under WCB assign tasks for the assigned resource group.

Could you please suggest on how do we eliminate the ex employee records from showing up in WCB —> Manage task —? Assign employee.
