Question on LPNs Age

We have a situation where raw material pallets are packed at the supplier site, and remain there for X number of days before being received in Oracle at the customer end. Currently, the system calculates the LPN (License Plate Number) age based on the receipt date in Oracle, not the actual packed date at the supplier.

Requirement: Is there a way to map the supplier’s packed date so that the LPN age is calculated based on that date rather than the Oracle receipt date?

Additional Context:

  • We receive LPNs via ASN Inbound 856
  • The packed date is known at the supplier site but not reflected in the current aging logic
