Work Order Tolerance - P31123/ P31114/ P31113

In the processing options for these two programs, we are attempting to initiate the P31114, 2-Edits, 8. Qty Restrictions = 2, 9. Overcompletion Tolerances = 10. In using this, Business Function B3100770 I believe has the control for the OverCompletion Tolerance setting. Unfortunately, the Hours and Qty time entry and Mats Issues are completed before the OverTolerance……… causing a data discrepancy between FG completion and RawMaterial / Time for a Work Order.

Has anyone else requested the OverTolerance check be done "before" the Mats Issue / Hours and Qty entry?

Please advise.
