How to Cacluate processes, sessions and transactions for CDB with multiple PDBs

Hello,

Running ODA x8-2, linux 7, Oracle Enterprise 19.17, bare-metal, multitenant, RAC.

We will be having multiple PDB's in our CDB. Is there a method to calculate the processes, sessions and transactions parameters? Want to be sure that we have the correct settings before migrating to production.
