Cannot Download WebLogic 14.1.2 July 2025 "Stack Patch Bundle" - p38166406_141200_Generic.zip !

Anyone able to successfully download p38166406_141200_Generic.zip ? This was released yesterday and all other WebLogic version CPU SPBs are downloadable except for this 14.1.2 one. We get network issues, or "Unauthorized" or it allows us to download partially then it stops. A couple of engineers from our org have tried. No luck.


We tried to create 3-41512161311 and the assignee said it's a support agreement issue but that doesn't seem to be the case. Then the assignee has not responded so far on all the follow-ups.

Anyone else successfully downloaded? Thanks.
