R4981 - Processing option 4. Item Cost Update for ST/OT

I have created an ST/OT to transfer goods from WH10 to WH99.

The cost of item ABC01 at WH10 is $100.

The transportation cost will be $15 per EA of ABC01 . So when the item reach at WH99, the item cost will be $115.

Now, I could do this thru landed cost and the cost is correctly calculated at WH99.

As we are using Transportation module for Sales ( outbound), we have to run R4981 for the ST order. So if R4981 can update the cost at WH99, it will be a great option. I have tried it after turning the allocation for charge code ON but still the cost at WH99 shows $100 only.
