here is the scenario. One of the companies in the organization always requires adjustments made to timecards. This is done each pay period and could include hundreds of timecards. The initial time is charged to an account but sometime later (days, weeks) it is determined that it should be moved to another account. There is no gross or net calculated as it is only hours that needs to be moved (and burdens), so a timecard is created with negative hours to offset the original and a new timecard with positive hours with the new details.
