Ability to default certain values on the Screening Criteria page on a Job Posting

I found that a ticket (DOC ID 1630804.1) had already been opened asking about the ability to auto populate the "Use in Screening" and "Required" fields in a Job Opening and that BUG 18330816 was opened for this request. I am not able to find any information on this BUG ID. When I click on the BUG ID it does not appear that it exists. Can you provide an update on the status of this enhancement request/BUG ID?

The other question I have is, is there the ability to default the check box for the "Fail Email" to be checked on the same page? This is in the Screening Option Description section on the Screening Criteria page.
