Inquiry responsibilities users creating journals(security breach):Suspect users query requested?

In Oracle EBS R12.1.3 we have Inquiry responsibility with security glitch. It is allowing to create journals via  Inquiry responsibility. We want to write a query to identify the suspect_users list who used the critical function in question has a User Function Name of: SLA: Create Subledger Journal Entry. The Function Name is: XLA_MJE_CREATE. We have GL,AR,AP,FA,CM inquiry responsibility somehow there is access to create journals button available via this OAF button. FND_LOGIN_RESP_FORMS stores user who has Inquiry responsibility was not allowed to create journals. Since OAF button was accessible we have lot of Finance users started creating journals. We want to figure out e Suspect users as users via Inquiry form created journal via OAF high risk function. Do we have any Analyzer Seeded query to figure the list quickly.
