WebLogic 14.1.2- is "make" utility needed now for running spbat or we get OPatch error code 73?

Is "make" utility now a pre-requisite to make 14.1.2 SPBAT work? That's what happens in our case now for 14.1.2 July CPU.

For the past years, all our quarterly ./spbat.sh precheck|apply worked perfectly as we follow your README instructions for the SPBs

We never had to install "make" utility for spbat.sh to work.

Now as I test July 2025 CPU SPB for 14.1.2, using opatch 13.9.4.2.20, it FAILS saying "missing command: make" (see below)

After I installed "make" utility, it WORKED (both precheck & apply) and I see my weblogic successfully patched.

Can you please confirm it is now the case for 14.1.2? That it needs "make" now? Asking for confirmation because I couldn't find it in readme and we write the automation for SPB patching for our org.
