ECC Node Provisioning using EBSCM

Hi,

I have just stumbled across this odd statement from the EBSCM help guide , under 'Provision Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework for an Oracle E-Business Suite Environment', when looking to provision an ECC node on an existing EBS environment using EBS Cloud Manager.

Note: You cannot provision an Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework node for environments where you have implemented disaster recovery, including both the primary environment and the associated DR environment. This restriction helps ensure that the primary and DR environments remain in synch with each other.

What is the logic behind this? We have implemented disaster Recovery, and were hoping to implement ECC with our Production EBS environment, and one or more of the non-production ones (though they do not have DR). If we can’t implement it in Production, it will be of no use to us.
