KVM/OLVM nested Virtualization crash with Virtual Box

Hi,

I'm having an issue and need your help, please.

My setup is as follow:

Physical host running Windows 10 and Virtual Box. On top of Virtual Box I have a guest VM that is KVM enabled, this a KVM ("host") VM ,is part of an OLVM sandbox environment that I'm building.

I have created a VM_1 in OLVM and this VM runs from the KVM ("host") VM hypervisor, as you can see I'm using nested virtualization on my setup. The KVM ("host") VM is configured with Nested VT-x and has Nested Paging enabled in Vbox.

In summary setup is as follow:
