How to enable basic ATP in Oracle R12

Oracle 11i had 5 values for profile option and to enable basic ATP we used "Enable ATP" but R12 is having only 4 and 5 option meaning either we have to run collection or we should have Supply chain plan to enable the ATP so in R12 how to have basic ATP

1) Enable Product Family ATP and CTP

2) Enable Product Family ATP

3) Enable ATP

4) ATP Based on Collected Data

5) ATP/CTP Based on Planning Output
