Direct update to Customer Billing Information

Is it okay to do a direct update using UBE to Customer Billing Information fields ( Billing Address Type, Related Address Number, Invoice Consolidation) and Address Book Revision ( Parent Address Number, Receivables Y/N = 1) ?
