Service Contracts Header and Service lines tax information is not getting refreshed from subline tax

The service contracts having status 'Entered' is in lock position means update allow 'No'. Service Contracts Header and Service lines tax information is not getting refreshed from subline covered product tax after the creation of service contracts with 'Entered' and having the issue. Once the service contracts get activated then there is no issue related to the tax and it get refreshed the subline covered product tax (sum of the tax) to service lines & header level.
