Prod instance to test instance data transfer

Hi Team,

We are on WS 7.3 cum 10 version. I wanted to know what are all options present in this version of JDE to copy prod data into test quickly? Actually which method i can use specifically when data need to be transfer from prod to test from multiple files. Please help me with suitable option.
