Patch 31424070 for Oracle Database 19.28 (July 2025)

Hi,

Patch p31424070 has been applied to our Oracle Databases (19.23) for e-Business Suite (12.2.12) on Linux 86-84. To apply the recent critical patch update from July 2025 (19.28), the mentioned patch must be removed first and afterwards applied again using the latest version. The mentioned patch is not a part of one of the recent critical patch updates (Doc ID 31424070.8 and Doc ID 2523220.1).

When searching for the most recent version of p31424070, the latest version would be for Oracle Database 19.25.

Will a 19.28 version be published soon or can this be created? Or should the version for 19.25 be applied afterwards?
