Mass asset disposal

While doing mass asset disposal..Only the cost account AD entries got posted to FA and the other side AD entries is not getting posted to FA and still appears as unposted in P12102.When we try to manually post it to FA, getting error 'unable to Post -Asset is disposed already' what could be the reason for this and how to fix this?
