Receiving SMS for Oracle Support Login

Dear All,

I have active access to Oracle Support, but I am not receiving any SMS when trying to log in.
The system displays the following message:

"A text message containing a passcode has been sent to mobile number +96XXXXXXX524."

However, I am not receiving anything.

Could you please help me to resolve the issue?
