Which patch add the line "<enforce-valid-basic-auth-credentials>false on config.xml

I have a mystery that I'm trying to demystify

Back in November 2023 i installed 4 servers with weblogic 14.1.1

Recently I noted this entry in my config.xml, which I'm sure we did not configured it using vi (editing the file) nor wlst scripts

I'm wondering which patch did that … since in 2023 we had applied all patches that are available.

I was not able to reproduce the case … I installed a new server using the same image file used originally in 2023 and applied the last patch and the line is not there.

So how can be this line add there? Any idea?
