In WSJ, UBE start time shows the same as UBE end time

Hello:

We are on TR 9.2.7.4, noticed that when I run a UBE to call another UBE, in work with submitted jobs (WSJ), the called UBE always shows its Time Job Submitted (TMJBSB) same as its Time Job Activity (TMLAAT). if I open called UBE's Execution Detail - Audit Data, the start time shows there correctly. Also when search in WSJ during called UBE run time, the called UBE does not show in WSJ. I understand WSJ and Audit Data come from two tables F986110/F986114, however I don't think seeing this in prior release. is there a reason behind this?
