Missing records in Projects ECC G-Invoice Dashboard

we created orders. performances (test instance) in Projects ECC G-invoice dashboard, but these orders. performances are missing in ECC dashboard. our infra team does bounce the application server daily but not sure if that is causing any issue. we had another test instance, and we did not encounter this type of issue. both have different versions of g-invoice with in EBS.

Did anyone experience this issue in the past?
