Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) after restoring KVM hosts and the storage domain,

Hi

I just tried backup and restore.

after engine-setup completed.

I checked my kvm hosts and storage domain.

They are all down and can't start from GUI

Most of the function on GUI gives me error saying vms are running but actually not.

Are there things I have to do after restoring ?

Please advise.

OS: Oracle Linux 8,

OLVM 4.5.5-1.48.el8

Issues Observed

  • iscsiadm -m discovery -t sendtargets -p <Engine_IP>:3260 → No route to host On the problem host, Target A connects successfully (appears as /dev/sdX), but Target B (the Engine’s portal) cannot be reached.

  • vdsClient -s 0 getStoragePoolInfo → poollist: [] The storage domain is active in the admin portal, but the KVM host reports no storage pools.
